Shipping Availability – United States Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New York.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please subscribe to our newsletter for future updates.
Processing Time
*Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
*Orders placed after 12 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
*During peak seasons or promotional events, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Restrictions – Fragrance Products
Due to alcohol content in perfumes (a regulated hazardous material), we must follow special shipping rules:
*All perfumes are shipped via ground shipping only.
*We do not offer express air shipping for perfume products.
*Orders addressed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO may face additional delivery time or may be restricted altogether.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may also log in to your account on our website to view real-time order and tracking status.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:
*Incomplete or incorrect addresses
*PO Box addresses (we do not ship to PO Boxes)
*Refused shipments
Local Pickup & In-Person Delivery
We do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

*Your order number
*Clear photos of the packaging and product
*A short description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery during peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotional sales).
