At Much Better Perfume USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and order issues.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

*Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

*Only items purchased directly from muchbetterperfumeusa.com qualify for return

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

*Final sale items

*Samples and discovery sets

*Opened or used perfumes

*Digital gift cards

*Custom-packaged or engraved products

*Gift sets or promotional bundles marked as non-refundable

ℹ️ Note: We do not accept returns for products purchased from other retailers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Use the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

Include the following in your email:

*Your full name and order number

*The item(s) you wish to return

*Optional: Reason for return (to help us improve)

Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Important: Returns must be pre-approved. We do not accept walk-ins or unauthorized return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include:

*Your order number

*Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

*A short description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
